Terms of Service

Manage Job Site is software for contractors. You use it for jobs, quotes, invoices, e-sign, Money (cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and Stripe Pay Now), receipt photos, and optional AI from handwritten notes and job photos.

The public site is managejobsite.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

The product is in beta.

While the product is in beta, features may change, break, or be withdrawn. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including teammates you invite. Give us accurate company details. If you think an account was used without you, email andrew@shoreva.ai.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of quotes, invoices, and job records you send to customers. Manage Job Site stores and presents what you enter. It does not file taxes, pay your crew, sync a bank feed, plug into bookkeeping suites, or track jobsite location.

Customer quote, invoice, and receipt links are private. They are not indexed and are not listed on the public site. You decide who receives a link. Signed versions are stored as issued so the customer sees the numbers you sent.

When you tap Create share link (or send the document), the customer opens a private link. They can Draw-sign — Draw needs a stroke and the agree checkbox; a typed name is optional. Manage Job Site stores that acceptance with the document. You decide whether that record is enough for the job. We do not give legal advice about signature law.

Manage Job Site bills separately for the software subscription through Stripe. Complimentary trials end on the trial end date stored with the workspace.

Contractors remain the merchant of record for customer invoice payments. Pay Now is processed by Stripe on the contractor's connected account. Cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and other methods you log in Money are your records, not a transfer we move.

AI extraction is optional and can be wrong. Review the extracted fields before you generate or share a customer PDF. Manual entry is always available.

• Do not use the product for illegal work or to send fraudulent quotes or invoices.
• Do not try to open another company's workspace or guess customer links.
• Do not upload malware or scrape the service.
• Do not put card numbers into notes fields.

We work to keep the product available. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, and AI may be unavailable if a key or quota is missing. Manual documents and copy-link sharing still work when email or AI is not configured.

You own the content you upload and the documents you create. You give us permission to host, store, and process that content so we can provide the service — including file storage, transactional email, Stripe, and Analyze when you run it.

We own the Manage Job Site software, site, and marks. These terms do not sell you the product. They license you to use it while your account is in good standing.

The service is provided as is and as available, including while it is in beta. We make no warranty that quotes, invoices, AI output, photos, calculations, totals, or other records are accurate or complete. You review everything before you send it or rely on it.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Manage Job Site and the people who operate it are not liable for job outcomes, lost profits, customer disputes, inaccurate AI or quote output, downtime, data loss, or problems caused by third parties we use to run the service, including Stripe and Supabase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the software in the twelve months before the claim, or $0 if you have not paid us.

You — the contractor or shop — are solely responsible for your jobs, pricing, permits, licenses, customer work, the payments you collect, and the documents you send. Manage Job Site is software. It does not perform contracting work, hold licenses, pull permits, or stand behind a job outcome.

You will handle claims that come from your quotes, invoices, job work, or customer payments. The platform is software. The contracting work is yours.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims that arise from your use of the service, your customers, your content, your jobs, or documents you send. That includes claims that a quote, invoice, or job you handled was wrong, incomplete, or caused a loss.

You can stop using the product at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or creates risk to the service or other customers. Email andrew@shoreva.ai if you want an account closed.

We may update these terms. The current version is the one on this page, with the effective date at the top. Continued use after a new date means you accept the update.
