This product
Manage Job Site is contractor software at managejobsite.com. You use it for jobs, quotes, invoices, e-sign, Money, receipt photos, and optional AI from handwritten notes and job photos. The public site is managejobsite.com.
The product is in beta.
This page explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions go to andrew@shoreva.ai or the contact page.
Who this covers
- Contractors who create an account and run a workspace.
- Customers who open a private quote, invoice, receipt, or Pay Now link a contractor sent them. Those links are not a public directory.
Account and workspace data
When you sign up and use the product, a workspace can store:
- Account email, name, and sign-in details.
- Company profile: name, contact, colors, logo, terms, and numbering.
- Customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, notes, and payment records you enter.
- Uploaded photos and files — handwritten notes, jobsite photos, receipt photos, and logos — stored with Supabase storage.
- Teammates you invite, and the actions they take in the workspace.
Money and payments
Manage Job Site bills the contractor for the software subscription through Stripe. That is a charge to the platform, not a customer invoice payment.
Customer Pay Now, when enabled, is processed by Stripe on the contractor's connected account. The contractor is the merchant for that charge. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers.
Money also lets you log cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or other methods, and attach receipt photos or typed expenses. Those records stay with the job in your workspace.
We do not file taxes, pay your crew, sync a bank feed, plug into bookkeeping suites, or track jobsite location.
Transactional email — login and account messages, and the quote, invoice, or receipt messages you send — goes out through Resend. We use the addresses you enter for that purpose.
Optional AI
Analyze is optional. If you run it, selected handwritten notes, jobsite photos, and typed instructions are sent to the configured AI provider so it can draft customer, address, line items, and totals. Company logos are not sent. AI can be wrong. You review before you generate or share a customer PDF. Manual entry always works.
Technical data
We collect the usual operational logs — IP address, browser, device, and timestamps — to run, secure, and debug the service.
How we use it
- Operate your account and workspace.
- Create, store, share, and e-sign quotes, invoices, and receipts.
- Process platform subscriptions and customer Pay Now.
- Send the transactional email you asked for.
- Run Analyze only when you start it.
- Prevent abuse and answer support questions you send us.
What we share
We share data with the processors needed to run the product:
- Stripe — contractor subscriptions and customer Pay Now on a connected account.
- Supabase — database and file storage.
- Resend — transactional email.
- The AI provider — only the notes, photos, and instructions you choose to analyze.
- The people you send a private quote, invoice, or receipt link.
We do not sell homeowner lists. We do not sell personal information. We do not put customer quote or invoice pages in search results.
Private customer links
Quote, invoice, and receipt links use unguessable tokens. Those pages are noindex and are disallowed for crawlers. They are for the people you sent them to, not a public listing.
Retention and your choices
We keep workspace data while the account is active. You can edit or delete drafts and many records in the product. Deleting a draft removes that draft's photos and PDFs from storage; your company logo stays. Email andrew@shoreva.ai if you want an account closed.
Security
Production is served over HTTPS. Workspaces are isolated. Share tokens are stored as hashes. Uploads are checked for type and size. Details that exist in the product are on the security page. We do not publish certifications we have not earned.
Children
Manage Job Site is a business tool. It is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date. The current version is the one published here.
