E-signatures and customer approval
Share a private customer link. They can review the quote and accept. Signed versions are stored as issued — not silently rewritten later.
Customer payment links
Send an invoice with a link to pay. The customer opens the invoice, pays the balance, and the payment is recorded against that document.

When a payment is recorded, a receipt can be generated and sent so the customer has proof without a separate office step.
Money tracker
